Ziad K. Abdelnour
Ziad K. Abdelnour is a Founding member and President of the US Committee for a Free Lebanon, Inc., a coalition of Americans of all faiths, established for the purpose of educating the public as to Lebanon’s strategic and moral significance as an ally of the United States and an outpost of Western values in the Middle East and Founder and co-Publisher of the widely sought after Middle East Intelligence Bulletin.
Mr. Abdelnour enjoys an American and Lebanese dual citizenship and holds an M.B.A in financial engineering from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in economics, Summa Cum Laude, from the American University of Beirut. He is the son of Lebanese industrialist and former MP Khalil Abdelnour (1992-2000) and the nephew of former Lebanese financier and MP Salem Abdelnour (1960-1964 and 1972-1992).
He is also co-author of the book “Ending Syria’s occupation of Lebanon: The US Role”, http://www.meforum.org/research/lsg.php former President of the Arab Bankers Association of North America http://www.arabbankers.org/my/shared/home.jsp and sits on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of 15 privately-held companies in the U.S and abroad.
